In my view, the organization needs to provide a stimulating work environment where employees can learn, grow, and contribute to the value of the organization with due recognition thereof. This means you need to provide opportunities for employees to learn through training, develop through mentoring and coaching, and allow them adequate freedom to innovate in their work, adding value to the organization and recognizing their contributions.

Nowadays, in the IT industry, it is very difficult to devise any retention policy that can hold back employees for long. The industry is highly competitive now. However, the name, values, and career concerns of the IT company will pay off in the long run. A good work culture also weighs on the minds of the employees along with recognition and rewards.
