I have been forced to resign from a leading organization without proper justification three months ago and was relieved immediately within a day, forcing me to mention in the resignation letter for immediate relief, leaving me currently jobless. I have been suffering from huge stress and a financial crisis for my survival.

I have notified this through email to the top-level management of the organization for reinstating my employment and on-time settlement. They have reverted back with a letter mentioning that I have resigned on my own willingness and immediate relieving request.

However, the real reason for my resignation is still under the shadow and not revealed by my immediate superior. I am highly stressed that this organization's culture is rife with unhealthy high-level political rivalries. I was highly ethical, working as a shield to prevent unfair practices in commercials and have sufficient evidence to showcase their unfair practices. Therefore, these political rivalries may pull me into any type of false confrontations and may go to extreme limits to safeguard themselves.

Please help me deal with this current scenario by providing a proper solution for reinstating my employment and offering proper compensation for these jobless days.

It's very sad to hear from you, and I share your anger towards such an attitude of the company. I suggest you seek help from an advocate to send a legal notice to the company and file a suit at the appropriate forum. I guess you will be heard at the "Labour Court."

Yes, if the judgment is in your favor, surely I believe you will be compensated by the ruling judge. In the meantime, I know it's very easy for us to say, but you need to find an alternative for your livelihood until you are reinstated. Life is not an end with one company. Life is much more than many things on this earth.
