These two statements will form the backbone of what the business aims to achieve and would help you map out the finer details of values, operations, structure, etc.

Job Descriptions and Key Result Areas

Next, work on having JD and KRA for each and every employee. This will ensure clarity in job function, responsibilities, and assist in aligning personal goals with organizational goals. Map out an organizational chart, HR policies, and work on team building.
