The company where I am currently working recently started using the agile way of web development. Now, the question is regarding performance management and specifically how performance reviews are going to be conducted for the employees. Everyone turned to the HR team for the answer.
So, can anyone please share with me how organizations are addressing performance management, specifically performance reviews and assessments for individual employees who are part of agile teams?

Regarding your query, the agile way of performance reviews is yet to be practiced in Nepal. However, based on my previous experience working on an agile-based team, we used to follow a 360-degree performance review system. Developing a Performance Management System for a Small Software Company
As I am working in a small-sized software company, I need to develop a performance management system soon for reviews. I do not find complex formats suitable. If anyone could suggest the right approach to constructing reviews, including KRI or KPI in such a structure, and recommend some easy PA forms, I would be thankful.
