Hi all, I am doing an internship in the telecom sector, and I am being asked to prepare a project on Employee Engagement Activities for the sales force. These are the people who are out in the field, unable to access computers all the time, and challenging to bring together under one roof. However, the company still requires some employee engagement activities as the attrition rate for the lower employees is quite high.
