Under The Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, as applicable to the state of Haryana, and rules made thereunder, we are not required to send any returns. We are to deposit LWFC to the Welfare Commissioner yearly. As per Rule 22(2), we are to forward an extract of Form B (Register) pertaining to the previous year to the Welfare Commissioner by 31st January every year.
