I get a CTC of 1,035,000 from a private limited company. My monthly basic salary is 34,500, and the rest is divided into HRA, medical, LTA, and special allowances (remaining). How much do I need to consider as DA for gratuity calculation?

When there is no DA in the salary structure, from where will we take the DA amount? In that case, we are to calculate the gratuity amount based on the Basic per month only.
