Hi guys, I need some assistance with my company's future development. I joined this company about 2 years ago with a multitasking role as an Admin/HR Executive to oversee around 200 employees. Within the next 1-2 years, my company will be going for share listing, and the preparations, including meetings and other processes, have just begun this week.
Promotion to HR Head
My boss has informed me that I will be promoted to HR Head and will no longer have a multitasking role. With this development, I anticipate that the number of employees will increase over time.
Role and Planning During Share Listing
I have a question: What will my role be, and what should I plan for during this share listing process? Currently, I have no idea as my boss simply asked me to get ready without providing further explanation.
Thank you, guys.
