My query is regarding PF contribution from the employee. If I have gone through the employer's contribution, there is a further bifurcation of contribution as a pension scheme and PF. I just need to know if the same bifurcation is in the employee's contribution too.

Hi. Once the employee strength is 20+ then it is mandatory for PF enrolment. What are the details you need? Need details about Contribution or benefits?

Thank you for giving your precious time. I wanted to ask because I am working in a newly formed company, which is a part of one organization. Now, this company is yet to be registered with a PF account, and there are already 20 employees in the company. So, do they need to register with the PF and then deduct the PF, right? Until then, do they need to give employees their proposed salaries?

Hi Deepdhan If you are planning to enroll with PF then deduct from employees. But make sure as you register shortly. Else don’t deduct from employees as they may ask for PF number.

Before completion of 10 years, you can only get the PF and Pension amount by submitting Form 19 and 10C. If you have completed 10 years, the pension amount will be accounted for on a monthly basis.
