Request for Assistance in Data Analysis
I am a PGDM-HR student currently undergoing an internship. My topic is "Effectiveness of Recruitment and Selection" in my company. I have collected filled questionnaires but am confused about how to analyze the data collected. Please help me.
Details of Data Collection
• The data has been collected from three different departments.
• There are nine closed-ended questions.
• Five questions are Yes/No type, while four questions are multiple choice.
• A different questionnaire has been filled out by the department heads.
What would be the best method to analyze this data?
