Dear Friends,
The most precious capital in any trade and business is human capital. The ongoing challenge in almost all industries, especially labor-based ones, is losing trained labor for various reasons. One primary reason is temperamental incompatibility with immediate supervisors.
During my regular visits to a company to conduct training programs, I encountered an experienced, trained, and talented employee who was referred to me for counseling. The employee had resigned for 'personal grounds,' and the management suspected other reasons, as the Head of Department had promptly endorsed the resignation.
As a qualified counselor, I conversed with him informally, leading to the revelation of many truths from his subconscious mind while under a trance. I provided necessary suggestions during the session, followed by reinforcing statements in the post-hypnotic phase. He felt happier and more enthusiastic afterward, deciding to stay with the company after withdrawing his resignation.
I recommend that all HR professionals either learn hypnotherapy and counseling or enlist the services of a qualified counselor/clinical hypnotherapist to prevent the unnecessary loss of valuable employees. I also addressed certain issues with his Head of Department, who responded positively.
Upon completing Level II Clinical Hypnosis, I am amazed at how our childhood experiences become embedded in our subconscious, affecting our mental health. Recently in Mumbai, I helped a girl who had reported a lack of sociability by hypnotizing her, discovering an issue from when she was 12 years old due to relocating from Gujarat to Mumbai. She was cured, leading to her jubilation.
Those in administrative and HR roles often fail to grasp the true reasons behind the erratic behavior of employees, resorting to punitive measures that further demotivate them.
It's crucial to understand that a person's overt reactions and behaviors are just the tip of the iceberg, with deeper issues hidden in the subconscious. Permanent solutions can only be found by addressing the root causes of their actions and reactions.

This is really great advice. We face this many times, and we have a very high turnover because of these hidden issues that need to be discovered. As an HR professional, I benefit a lot from what you are saying. We always need to look behind the reasons, and I'm sure we will be surprised. Employees or staff lose out; they could make a great contribution if they are treated fairly and given a chance. What I have learned from my experience is not to completely neglect others' ideas because one day, you may need them. Very simply, we can learn from staff or people what we never considered. Please listen, analyze, and update your approach. This is one way policies could be improved.

Main basement solution for this problem is "Employer-Employees Job Satisfaction". If both are happy, then there is no problem such as firing or resigning. I know this is not possible in every organization and also it is not impossible - in impossible, the word itself has possible. Think of it. This is just my opinion.
Thanks in advance,

Hi Bhavya,
You are absolutely right when we see things superfluously. Until I learned and mastered clinical hypnosis, I was also thinking like you. I have counseled a number of people only to know astonishingly how and why people form mental perceptions and why they are unable to regulate their thoughts.
Watching our thoughts (mind) and cautiously filtering unwanted ones to get embedded in our subconscious mind is an art one should learn with awareness and practice to make it automatic.
Thoughts contain emotions which emit energy only to have its implication on our body functioning. Most of the diseases are neuro-based, and we treat our body leaving the root cause (i.e., thoughts) untreated.
By subjecting people to proper counseling/clinical hypnosis, we can set right most of the relationships. Anyways, everyone is unique (as per NLP theory) and we have to accept oneself.
Thank you very much, Bhavya, for your kind opinion on the subject. Opinions and suggestions from professionals like you alone would throw more light on the subject.
