Hi Mr. Prakash,

The post seems to be confusing. Kindly provide more input to assist you better. Please state exactly what you are looking for. Do you need to know if a format of payslip duly signed by an authorized signatory is valuable, or if the email you receive containing the payslip is valuable? Is this the question you are trying to ask? Or are you asking whether the payslip, authorized and stamped, should be sent to the employees by email, or without stamp/sign?

In that case, kindly send the unacknowledged ones to their email as employees often inquire about them later. If they require salary slips for some purpose, it should be stamped and duly signed. Therefore, the best approach is to export it to PDF and send the soft copy alone to avoid scanning, signing, and wasting paper.

I just want to know whether it is necessary to get a payslip duly signed by an authorized person or not. If yes, then suppose we send the slip by mail to the employees, how could we sign that soft copy?
