Hello,
I have been working with my current employer for more than 5 years. I want to withdraw some amount from my PF, and before that, I want to check the accumulated PF amount. Can anybody help me know how to do these two activities?

Hi Pravin,
Your HR department maintains various forms and registers under the PF Act. Register/Form 3A will have entries. You can check with your HR or Finance department person who maintains PF and deposits them monthly. He will give you the accumulated amount details. Add the annual interest component (8.5%) to it, and you will get the actual accumulation figure.
Alternatively, ask your colleague maintaining the PF details to provide you with the contact details of the PF office. Call them or, better still, go there and inquire. They will give you the actual accumulation figure, including the added annual interest component.
Hope the information helps.
