Hi all, my boss has asked me to create a flowchart on the issuance of human resources-related documents. These documents include offer letters, increment letters, etc., as long as they are HR-related. I've been racking my brain as I don't know how to correct the first process. I have attempted to show him the attached process but was turned down by him. He mentioned that the first square is already a big mistake but did not provide guidance on how to proceed.
