I am working on a project with an FMCG company. My task involves mapping their recruitment process and creating flowcharts to illustrate it. Additionally, I need to draft their Recruitment Manual. I would greatly appreciate any assistance, especially regarding the Manual section. It would be very helpful if I could receive a template or format for a Recruitment Manual.

Process Mapping is a hierarchical method for displaying processes that illustrate how a product or transaction is processed. It is a visual representation of the workflow either within a process or an image of the whole operation. Process Mapping comprises a stream of activities that transform a well-defined input or set of inputs into a predefined set of outputs.
