I want to add content for the conduct of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions in New Delhi, aimed at Human Resource professionals. This initiative would be beneficial for individuals aspiring to become international trainers of repute. The certification is accredited by The American Institute of Business Psychology.

The Train the Trainer Programme announced in New Delhi from 26 Mar to 04 Apr 2012 has received a tremendous response. Due to this overwhelming interest, we are now targeting up to 20 seats. There are still a few seats available for a personal interaction and learning opportunity with one of the world's top ten leadership gurus, Arthur F. Carmazzi, to become a "Level Four DC International Certified Human Capital Trainer," accredited by The American Institute of Business Psychology.

Mr. Rada, Yes, it is the same as mentioned in the webinar. The TTTs are held across the globe by Directive Communication, and of course, this one is being hosted in New Delhi, India, from 26 Mar to 04 Apr 2012. You have to be in New Delhi on 25 Mar 2012, the Sunday.

The best part of the program is that it allows all the trainers to understand human capital as 'human beings' and not as "machines," as most managers treat them today. They forget that the efficiency of a machine is 96-97%, and that of a human being is much, much more. I would dare to add unquantifiable. You just need to know how to get the best out of this human capital.
