Don't do anything in the initial days; only observe things for two or three months. Try to learn the processes during the initial days. This initial learning will help you in the future for your career growth.

Congratulations on the start of your professional career. Two points to keep in mind in the initial phase of your career, which will help you in the long run:

Building Relationships

If you have good relations with seniors in your organization, in any of the departments (e.g., operations, IT, admin, etc.), any given task would be a breeze for you.

Building Networks

Having a good network will help you get your work done, especially if you are from a recruitment background.

50% (skill) + 50% (relations) = 100% (Work done)

Congratulations on your new job. Make sure to build a network both within and outside your organization. This will be beneficial to you at any point in your career. Secondly, don't be afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. Seek help from your seniors if you encounter difficulties and don't know how to proceed further. Ask questions before starting a task. Before diving into a task, study the entire content, understand it, and then proceed with your work.

"If you have the courage to think, then you are sure to achieve."

Don't do much in the initial days, like for 2 to 3 months. Try to observe what is going on and take as much information as possible from your seniors. Be careful not to pass any information to anyone; just be on the receiving end. Don't give your views, especially to someone who is difficult to deal with. Feel free to ask for help from your seniors, or in some cases, you can approach your manager. There are lots of suggestions from our seniors; follow them.

All the best.
