Dear all seniors,
I need to draft a warning letter as one of our employees is not sincere in his job. He has given false reasons for being absent for many days, such as his dad's sickness, sister's death, and now he has taken leave without informing us about his sickness. We have inquired with his previous employer, and they mentioned that he always provided reasons like that.
Kindly suggest how to handle the situation and please provide some content to issue a warning letter.
Thank you.

Dear Sahay,
Have a discussion with the employee after he arrives. Take his attendance for the past 3-4 months and sit down with his HOD. Clearly inform him that if he takes any unauthorized leave next time, he will receive a warning letter. Further instances will result in his dismissal from the organization.
In the event of his next absence, issue a warning letter for his unauthorized leave. Three warning letters should be sufficient to terminate his employment.
If you still find the employee unproductive and believe that he cannot improve, issue him a notice and ask him to leave the organization.
