Dear Anupuri, Thanks for responding. Sorry, I could not respond earlier because of another assignment that is not related to this subject. I have been given some responsibilities to explore other PSU's policies so that our rules and policies can be made more systematic. We have a "Reward & Recognition" policy. To make it more effective and realistic, I want to review other PSU policies.
