I have been informed unofficially that in Steel Authority of India, the maternity leave is still 3 months. My wife's delivery is due in July, and she is an executive at the E3 level. I wanted to know:
1. Is there a different maternity benefit policy for PSUs?
2. What can I do so that my wife gets 6 months of leave as per the 6th Pay Commission?
3. Also, I have come to know that child care leave has still not been implemented in our PSU. What can I do?
