Now, as we all know, the concept of intrapreneurship refers to "the practice of a corporate management style that integrates risk-taking and innovation approaches, as well as the reward and motivational techniques that are more traditionally thought of as being the province of entrepreneurship." This concept involves having an entrepreneur within an organization.

I am in the process of designing an Appraisal system for such positions like Vice President, CEO, and MD. What parameters should be considered for appraisal, especially since these roles involve a high level of consultation and responsibility? Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the salaries of individuals in these positions are self-earned.
