I am working as an HR Administrator and have completed my certificate from CIPD. I am interested in specializing as a compensation and benefit analyst. What should be my next step? Please advise.
Recommended Courses for Specialization
You may pursue all or at least any of the following value-added courses to further your marketability in the HR field:
1. PG. Dip./Degree in Social Welfare (MSW)
2. LL.B./LL.M. (Can practice and can also go for Service)
3. Certificate course - Actuary (Mostly used in Insurance and Retirement benefits)
4. ACS
5. MBA - HR
If you are unable to do a regular course, you can opt for correspondence courses (Dip. in Labour Laws, General Law, etc.), under which case you can't practice, but many firms recognize them for employment.
Have I understood your requirement correctly?
