With reference to this URL: https://www.citehr.com/66722-advice-sap-hr.html existing on the website, I would like to request my fellow Cite HR users to guide me on the SAP career in India.

As I have heard from many people, SAP involves a lot of analytical and programmatic thinking. I would like to know its relevance. People also say that SAP offers two kinds of job careers:

1. In Implementation/SAP Development
2. In End User kind of job

In (1), it involves a lot of programming, including terms like classes, coding, etc., whereas in (2), there is a user perspective involved.

Kindly, please let me know the relevance of the information which I have gathered and how far it is true. I would like to take up an SAP course in the near future, so I would appreciate all of your valuable feedback.

Dear HR fraternity, I would like to enrich my career by adding tools to it. In my current job, we do not use any HR-related tools. I have 1.5 years of experience in Core HR (Generalist profile) and feel that this is the right time to undergo training relevant to my career.

Guidance on HR Training

Can you please guide me on what training I should pursue to advance in my HR career? Is PeopleSoft HRMS advisable, or would SAP HR be better? What are the job market prospects for both?

Thank you.

I heard that you are teaching well, and most of our members are happy about your SAP HR teaching. Where are you from? I am also interested in attending your free demo. I am from Hyderabad. I have 8 years of experience in HR and have end-user experience in HR. Please let me know the career prospects for me if I learn SAP HR.

Regards,
Surendra
