I am proposing an activity that will help us in the following ways:

1. Retention of New & Old Talent
2. Developing Patience in the Employees
3. Developing a Positive Attitude in Employees

Please leave your valuable feedback.

Employee Satisfaction is Crucial

We all promote providing employees with facilities, growth, and monetary benefits. Everything is good, but I strongly believe that giving time to employees is also very important. Time is the most critical aspect; a human touch to the employees works out to be the best employee satisfaction on any given day.

I strongly believe in conducting motivational and counseling sessions during my training and trying to connect with new and existing talent. That creates magic, which is TRUST.

Because of TRUST, a lot of people not only get retained but also work with dedication. Employees also refrain from being influenced by negative thoughts coming from someone.

Result: A positive, like-minded workforce.

I suspect your employees will find such an activity uncomfortable, to say the least. I, for one, would not be the slightest bit interested in participating in such an activity, and I don't have any doubt that you will get pushback on it.

Secondly, I fail to see how this game-playing will achieve a single one of your objectives.

Identify and Address Staff Problems
If you are having problems with your staff, then you first need to identify those problems and decide how to deal with them. Training is not automatically the answer. Often, it is a complete overhaul of the recruitment and selection process to ensure you get the RIGHT people in the first place.

However, to achieve the outcomes you appear to be seeking, employing a skilled psychological and motivational trainer would be more likely to achieve a better result.
