Respected All, Recently, one of our employees from the HR department resigned. His designation was HR Executive, and he was responsible for HR functions such as recruitment and selection, induction programs, training and development, PF and ESI-related work, employee engagement activities, and IR-related activities. Now, he is requesting an experience letter. I would like a sample of an experience letter for this purpose. He worked from August 1, 2010, to November 10, 2011.

Thanks,
Akhil

To whomsoever it may concern,

This is to certify that Mr. XXXXXXX worked with our organization in the capacity of an Executive (H.R.) from 1st March 2010 to 10th July 2011. During his tenure with us, we found him to be quite hardworking, sincere, and a keen learner. As an Executive (H.R.), a few of his responsibilities were:

- Managing day-to-day administrative work.

Due to his skills, commitment, and continued hard work, we wish him success in his ambitions.

For YYYYYYYY,
