You don't need to be bothered about the experience certificate. Your company's HR will provide you with the experience letter. If you want to know the format, ask me, and I will send it to you.

If you are leaving the job you don’t need to worry about the format. Coz the company will give their format as per their policy only no matter what format you take to them.
