Well mentioned, and it's a true fact that the involvement of the participants will make the training program successful. It all depends on the facilitator and how they involve the participants to understand the topics. Otherwise, even an interesting topic becomes boring if the faculty doesn't match its frequency with the participants' frequency. Even technical topics will become interesting if the facilitator shares some lively case studies.
