Struggling to Analyze Stress Management Survey Results? Looking for Insights and Help!

I have already circulated the questionnaire on stress management, but I'm finding it a bit difficult to analyze and summarize the findings. Please let me know if anybody has done some work on this topic.

May I raise a question? Please could you tell us whether you considered what you wanted to get out of the exercise? What was the basis on which you designed the questionnaire, if you did so?
