Hi all Cite members, :)
I am a senior manager working with NTPC Foundation now. I have been a visiting faculty in my previous organization, HAL, Kanpur, and thereafter in NTPC. My total experience is 27 years. It has always been quite a satisfying experience being a visiting faculty. Two to three months back, I gave a presentation at NTPC Dadri to ET (Engineering) colleagues on "Domestic Enquiry" because this is one of the most neglected areas of HR. I am enclosing my presentation for all the CiteHR members. I would be anxiously waiting for comments and suggestions from my colleagues. Mind you, this was for freshers and novices only, not for professionals.
Thanks,
I remain yours sincerely,
Satish Kumar

Dear Mr. Satish,
I believe this material will be highly beneficial for practitioners who are exposed to the IR environment. Having worked in a factory setting in WB, I truly understand the value of such content. It will greatly aid in comprehending the processes involved in a Domestic Enquiry, which are crucial for achieving a positive outcome.
Please review the PowerPoint presentation I found online and feel free to incorporate any necessary enhancements into your presentation.
Thank you.

Dear Abhishek,
Thanks for contributing to my write-up on "Domestic Enquiry". I hope you might have acted as an Enquiry Officer, Presenting Officer, and as a Witness in one or the other Enquiry proceedings. If yes, then I need not elaborate further. If no, then I would like to submit that this is a subject in itself. No PPT can cover all aspects in detail. These can only be explained when giving a presentation. It is time-consuming also. A PowerPoint presentation depends on the time allotted to you for making the presentation. That's why the substance of the PPT has to suit the time allotted. There are a good number of books such as GB Singh, BR Ghai, and other similar writers. I have fulfilled all three roles several times in my organization and thoroughly enjoyed my roles. I have also delivered talks on this subject to executives in my organization.
Once again, thanks for sharing the PPT you have collected from the internet and putting it up on the CiteHR community portal for the benefit of all members.
Regards,
Yours truly,
