Dear Ritesh,

Excellent, thanks for sharing a very useful PPT on domestic enquiry. One point I would like to emphasize here is that the copy of the charge sheet can also be sent to the residential address under Certificate of Posting along with the Regd. A/D. Post, which, anyhow, the postman has to hand over at the residential address. The MR of the Company can present the proof of sending it by Certificate of posting in the Domestic Enquiry, which is a valid document.

good one..ok, is there any rule to pay subsistance allowance during domestic enquiry on criminal cases i.e. theift Rs. 50,000 to 1 cror. regards

Ok. But the subsitence allowance % not mentioned in the said ppt file during suspension pending equiry. better if it would have been mentioned . thanks, aks
