Hi,
Another topic for discussion could be:
DO HAPPIER PEOPLE WORK MORE EFFICIENTLY?
I believe Happy People are normaly GO-Getters and blend both hard work & efficiency fairly well.
Ofcourse you cannot ignore the Happy Cricket in the "The Ant & Cricket" story.
Best Wishes,

happiness is not from external it should born inside. your interpretation brings the happiness.
if we practice this we will become proactive, achievers and leaders. Then obviously we work with 100% efficiency.
I just said in crisp. Any one can correct or suggest if they feel.

Real true Fulfilment in life makes one to be really successful and mere so called happy people on the surface is nothing but putting a show for the external world that they are happy and productive. Organisations should stop telling its employees to be happy and it should not be forced but it has to be attained!
