I have a small query. One of my friend's companies is situated in Hyderabad at Madhapur Hitech City. They are incorporated under the Companies Act and also registered under the AP Shops and Establishments Act, 1988, and Rules 1990. Is there anything needed to obtain trade licenses as well? If you don't find any material, then contact the Municipal Corporation regarding various types of licenses, such as a license for Trade, Storage, and other purposes. Licenses for specific commodities such as Fair Price Shop/Authorized Wholesalers, Halwais/Milk Sellers, Food Items, Tea Dealers, Drug License, license for Restaurant/Eating Houses, Nursing Homes/Maternity Homes, Cement License/Explosive Crackers, liquor license, etc.
