Salary Breakdown for Pay Band 3 (PB-3)
In the case of PB-3, the salary will be composed of the Substantive Pay (₹15,600) plus the Grade Pay (₹8,000) and any other applicable pay, such as Dearness Allowance (DA), which is 51% of the Substantive Pay plus Grade Pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Allowance (MA), etc. Your gross salary will be the total of these components minus any deductions, resulting in the net payment.
