Dear All, please help me create a flowchart for the following pointers:

1. Employee joins the company.
2. ID creation is done by the MIS Team, and then a mail is sent to the Training Team.
3. Business Unit in training - Training.
4. If an employee leaves the company within 30 days, the Trainer sends an exit mail to MIS, and MIS closes it.
5. Employee clears training within 30 days, then goes on OJT.
6. If an employee does not clear OJT, they go back to Re-OJT. If they still do not clear Re-OJT, the Training team sends a request to the MIS team for an EXIT.
7. Employee clears OJT and goes live in Production. The Training team sends a mail to the MIS team to change the Business Unit.
8. During Production LIVE, if an employee wants to separate or leave the job, the Reporting Supervisor sends a mail to MIS for EXIT. MIS Team sends all exit details to the IT team for system deletion and CLOSE.

The process outlined in the flowchart involves a structured approach to employee onboarding, training, and transitioning within the company. Here is a step-by-step guide to the process:

1. Employee Joining:
- When an employee joins the company, the MIS Team creates their ID, and a notification is sent to the Training Team.

2. Training Phase:
- The employee undergoes training in the respective Business Unit.

3. Early Departure Handling:
- If an employee leaves within 30 days, the Trainer notifies MIS for exit processing.

4. On-the-Job Training (OJT):
- Upon clearing training within 30 days, the employee proceeds to OJT.

5. Re-OJT Process:
- In case of failure to clear OJT, the employee goes back to Re-OJT. If unsuccessful again, the Training Team requests an exit through MIS.

6. Production Phase:
- Successful completion of OJT leads to the employee going live in Production. MIS is informed to update the Business Unit.

7. Separation Process:
- If an employee wishes to leave during the Production phase, the Reporting Supervisor notifies MIS for the exit process. MIS then coordinates with the IT Team for system deletion and closure.

This structured process ensures a smooth transition for employees from onboarding to production and handles exits efficiently.
