Please send an email to all department heads describing the benefits of the smart card and try to convince them that it is worth the cost. It is necessary for all employees who fall under the ESIC slab to obtain a smart card.

You have no other way than to take photos at your local ESI office. All the ESI offices are equipped with CCTV cameras to photograph your employees' families. You can inform your employees accordingly.
