Hello HR Team, I joined a reputed MNC with a signing bond for 2 years and a bond breakage amount of 50,000/- INR. I have also submitted my certificates. After working for 10 months, I had to go to my hometown due to my father's illness, and unfortunately, he passed away after a year. Now, when I approach my company, they are refusing to provide me with my service and study certificates. How can I obtain these certificates? Please assist me in this matter.

Thank you.

Please can you mail the copy of the bond to me at my email ID [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons]? The company cannot arbitrarily enforce the bond. Let me have a look at the bond, then I will guide you on the process to be followed.

And don't worry, everything will be okay. You should get the service certificate if you have not received any special training to improve your skill level organized by the company. Such training should be meaningful and not merely a formality.

Follow Kamal Kant Tyagi's suggestion and mail the bond copy to him along with the clarifications he requested. There's a solution for every problem—we only have to find it. All the best.

TS
