Dear Ponraj,

Basically, E. coli belongs to the Enterobacteriaceae family and is a pathogen (antigen) that can cause diseases in the human body. If our immune system has a sufficient amount of antibodies to kill the antigen, we will not be affected by the disease. Otherwise, we will suffer from fever, diarrhea, and other associated illnesses.

E. coli is commonly found in spoiled or improperly processed foods, as well as in poor-quality drinking water (contaminated with drainage water). Therefore, it is important to boil water and cook foods at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius, or filter water through a membrane.

Sterile medical devices and injectables undergo a sterilization process using heat, gas, or radiation. If products contain E. coli (or any Enterobacteriaceae family bacteria) prior to sterilization, the bacteria may be killed, but their residues (dead bodies) can remain on the products. This can lead to the production of endotoxins (toxic substances) in the human body, potentially resulting in fatalities. Hence, all manufacturers are advised to test the endotoxin levels on their products before releasing them to the market.

In the example mentioned above, "If E. coli lives and dies, it can cause the disease."

Dear friends, it is within our control to prevent contamination and protect our lives and the lives of future generations.

Thank you for your time spent with me, and we hope to meet you soon.

Regards,
