Hi I need to send my PF forms to Satyam and Syntel. I worked in chennai branches of both the companies. What address should I send them to and by when can i expect the money. Please help

Please let us know whether it is a withdrawal or transfer form and find the details below for both cases:
Withdrawal: Form 19 and Form 10C need to be signed by the previous employer, and it can be done only after two months from your resignation date. If yes, please get the signature from HR and hand it over to the PF office. Get the address from your employer because they are the ones who will be doing the monthly remittances.
Transfer: Please provide your old PF number, and the rest of the details will be filled in by the present employer.
