It would be great if anybody could share information on what all needs to be included in a Code of Conduct. Please also see if you can forward a sample Code of Conduct.

Hai Here is a list of misconduct as per a factory’s standing orders. I think you can develop something on the same lines. Hope this is useful. Balaji L
