Good Morning, is the RFP submission time over? If so, you need to send a follow-up email by:

1. Ensuring them that your submitted proposal met their requirements.
2. Convincing them that your company is capable of meeting their expectations.
3. Asking them if they need further discounts or any extra services. If so, assure them that your company can cater to their needs.
4. Requesting a personal meeting to elaborate on your company's abilities and services.

Thank you,

If the RFP process is still ongoing, there is no need to send a follow-up message as the bid is still open. Please wait until it is closed, and then follow up after 4-5 days.

Understanding RFP Procedures

The RFP procedures vary for each company as they follow their own methods. Your request is for a Project Proposal, which is quite comprehensive. It includes the Scope of Work (SOW) along with various other services. I do not have a sample for a project proposal at the moment, but I will obtain one for you soon.

Thank you.
