Dear Shaik,
CiteHR is a forum for HR professionals where all discuss HR practices and solve problems through mutual discussions. This platform facilitates mutual learning and the exchange of knowledge. I don't understand why this question is being asked. If you know the answer to my question, please respond.

Dear Ashish,
You can refer to the Indian Factory Act of 1947, and the regulations and amendments made in 1996/1999. By doing so, you will obtain all the details regarding the Pollution Control Board, including its implications and regulations as per the regulations of West Bengal. Additionally, information on Legal Metrology can be found.

Dear Mr. Ashish,
For your kind information, no member is obliged to provide you with whatever data/information you want.
If we (members) of CiteHR start responding to your queries with whatever data/information you require/need, then, "EVERY STUDENT PURSUING MBA WILL COMPLETE HIS MBA WITH DISTINCTION," even those working on their thesis will also achieve the best results. However, they will suffer later in their life for not learning by doing RESEARCH. This applies to you as well.
Just imagine, you have your work done through this forum. Once you submit the data after evaluation, if your boss captures your mistakes (as the data/information is acquired from CiteHR), how are you going to correct yourself? Will you simply blame (curse) the one who provided you the data rather than thanking him for helping you to carry out the analysis?
How will you ensure that whatever information you obtain from CiteHR is FLAWLESS/GENUINE?
You need to THINK OUT OF THE BOX; henceforth, the query is raised.
With profound regard,
From India, Chennai

Respected Member,
I also agree with Mr. Shaik. Ashish, you have to work hard and do more observation on your project. Then you can be able to make your project unique, or it will be Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.

Dear Mr. Shaik,
How can you think that my project completion will depend solely on Cite HR views? This is ridiculous. As I am simultaneously trying to gather all the data myself, being a seasoned HR professional, I would not rely solely on Cite HR.
My questions are to cross-check if I have received relevant answers for my project after obtaining the views of experienced HR professionals in Cite HR.
I hope you can develop an attitude to help rather than criticize. In this forum, we are conversing through writing, not meeting in person.
HR professionals should cultivate a helpful attitude as it is one of the most in-demand departments in companies nowadays.
Also, the acts I have inquired about are uncommon and pertain to the operation of factories, not just employee compliance. Therefore, this question is directed towards experienced HR professionals who have worked in factories or similar organizations.
I would appreciate any information you may have regarding my queries.

Dear Mr. Matheen,
Kindly read my reply addressed to Mr. Ashish. Mr. Ashish had posted his query seeking information (data) but it was not meant for discussion. I have no objection if you wish to provide relevant information to Mr. Ashish, but do understand the process for addressing PROFESSIONAL MATTERS. One can only guide Mr. Ashish, which can't be considered as help. I don't believe in SPOON-FEEDING, and here, help is correlated with SPOON-FEEDING.

Dear Mr. Ashish,
Are you here to acquire information or to command us to work for your requirements?
If you had framed your query in a more appropriate manner, then everyone would have understood your requirements. For example, "EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS... Is there any member in this forum who could guide me in locating, gathering, and acquiring information for my project?"
Regarding ATTITUDE... What kind of ATTITUDE are you relating to HELPING NATURE? According to your perception, it is the HELPING NATURE that has made many employees rely on SPOON-FEEDING without conducting BASIC ANALYSIS.
Do you mean to imply that other members are INEXPERIENCED HR PROFESSIONALS?
To what extent have you obtained information from this forum? Have you ever tried using the RESEARCH option?
With profound regards

Dear All,
My mission in posting this query was to seek the participation of HR professionals who are involved in legal compliances as per factory rules. Most of us are discussing matters related to humans only; however, these compliances are also a crucial part of HR. I was not being rude, but simply providing an explanation. I did not want to offend anyone. All suggestions are welcomed from my side.

Dear All,
I did not mean to offend anyone, but was trying to get relevant information for my post, not with the objective to complete my task, but to get valuable and practical views which are not always available on the net.
Cite HR has members who are relatively experienced in all sectors, and I thought that I would be able to gather some thoughts. I would welcome all thoughts regarding my posts, which will be a learning experience for everyone associated with Cite HR.
Also, my query is a little different as many non-factory HR professionals are not aware of these laws. Thus, it would have been a new learning experience for everyone, including me.

Ashish

Hello Ashish Banka,
Maybe this has been a lesson for you to frame your words carefully—since it's not what you think the words convey that elicit responses from the members of this forum (or for that matter from anyone else or in any other situation too), but how others understand the words as that elicit the responses. So if there's a mismatch between what you want to convey and what your words actually convey to others, this is the obvious result.
Another point that may be useful to you in the long run is to do your homework first before approaching others for advice/suggestions. That way you ensure the subsequent discussion/interaction is better focused and useful to you—since you would then be asking very pointed (to-the-point) questions rather than generic ones like this posting has. This is what Khadir meant by 'spoonfeeding'.
Like the saying goes: If you want the right answer, you have to ask the right question.
