Hi all,
My name is Ravindra Pareek, working as a Senior Officer (HR) in Aditya Birla Group (Grasim) at Jaipur. I am responsible for Industrial Relations, Legal, and HR activities of the RMC Division in Rajasthan. I have 11 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Legal, and HR. Most of my career has been spent working in Mumbai, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Since 2006, I have been based in Jaipur. Being originally from Jaipur, I find great joy in working here and currently, I am leading the FHRPD (Federation of Human Resources People Development) Jaipur Chapter. Our chapter consists of 24 members from various industries such as IT, Automobile, Textile, Cement, Hotel, and Jewelry. We hold monthly meetings where HR professionals gather for a cocktail dinner.
