My topic is Absenteeism and turnover. I have to do research about it, but I don't have an idea how to do that. Can anyone tell me about what the problem statement and limitations would be regarding that topic and the literature review? Please, if anyone has an idea, do inform me.

I raise questions before giving answers for two reasons: one, to get the scenario clarified to enable me to give the correct advice; two, to enable the person seeking answers to help herself/himself first and then post a draft response and seek help to improve it.
So, what are you doing and where? If you are a student, then what course are you on, where are you studying, and in which mode? If the research is for your final project, where do you intend to conduct your study? Have you attended the Research Methodology module? If not, please search for Research Methodology and see my post at CiteHr; it contains a PowerPoint presentation on that topic.
Do you have a tutor guide in your institution who is supposed to give you directions and help?
