Hi,

Could you please let me know your definition of employee turnover? Is it the ratio of the number of employees who have left (due to discharge, voluntary resignation, retirement, etc.) to the total number of formal staff (including new hires and the original retained) in the whole year? How is it calculated, and how should the calculated result be used?

I look forward to hearing your insights. Thank you.

Best regards,
Iris
