Dear Seniors,
Is there any value for MSW (PM and IR) specialization? I have completed my PG in Social Work and simultaneously completed PGDHRM. However, the problem MSW graduates face is the difficulty in securing a job. Even if they find a job, it may not be suitable for their field of study, and many individuals are confused between HR, PM, and IR. When MSW graduates search for jobs, they are unsure whether to look in Administration, HR, or PM and IR roles. It seems that PM and IR hold less value compared to HR. MBA graduates are perceived to have more value than MSW graduates. Those pursuing MSW (HR) do not seem to receive opportunities similar to those pursuing MBAs. Why is this the case? The future prospects for professionals in Social Work remain uncertain. Particularly in Tamil Nadu, MSW graduates are undervalued compared to other regions in the North. I am also struggling to find a suitable job despite having one year of experience in Administration. Transitioning to an HR role seems challenging as my current role is not related to HR. Finding the next job is proving to be difficult. Therefore, I seek guidance from seniors on how to strengthen my career path. Please assist me in determining the next course of action to enhance my professional prospects.
Please help me in deciding which course to pursue next to bolster my career. Your guidance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Dear Varsha,
The knowledge of wisdom speaks louder than the qualifications we acquire. Indeed, I saw your reply in a thread "https://www.citehr.com/335680-need-some-infomation.html" which reveals the real Amirtha Varshini. The way you responded reflects the real you. Please understand that you possess great caliber, and continue on your journey along the same path. One day, you will reach the highest level. Your comments exude self-confidence, knowledge, sound advice, and efficiency.
Education serves as the entry ticket leading us to the interview hall. However, our approach, knowledge, responses, behavior, and more determine our position within any organization. Additionally, an individual's attitude, practical knowledge, and ability to handle situations effectively are what propel them to greater heights within an organization.
Wishing you all the best.
