I am a new user of this forum. Any one can give me a good suggestion about my carrier.
I pass S.S.C. in 1997 and gave a break of study from 1998 to 2000 after that I again start my study. I completed 4 years in 2005 “Diploma In Computer Engineering” from Technical Education board. After that now I am in a job in a company where my post is IT executive, also I am studying in B.Sc. Engineering in “Electrical & Electronics Engineering”. But I want to stay in the IT profession. Now what can I do?
Please give me yours opinion that you are thinking what is the better way for me.

I completed my MBA in 2011, specializing in HR and Marketing. After just one year, I joined a job as an Assistant Administrator. I worked for six months and then resigned. After another six months, I secured a new job. Currently, I am working as a Payroll Executive for less pay. I aspire to secure a position in a reputable MNC. I would greatly appreciate your valuable suggestions and assistance in helping me secure a job.
