Hello Dear Seniors, I am working in a software company as an HR coordinator. Unfortunately, without a second thought, I have submitted all my mark cards from PUC to MBA along with a one-year agreement. Now, it is starting to eat at my heart, and I am being treated harshly here. I have a three-month probationary period, and this is the start of my second month. I am unable to sleep. Please help me find a way to retrieve my documents. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

From what I understand, it doesn't sound as unfortunate as it looks at first glance. I think it's a small price for the lesson you will have to learn: to think twice before going ahead and not regret it afterward. It's all based on your 'perspective' that will lead you to great heights.
Remember, everything happens for a reason, a concrete one. You might not realize it right now, but just think of it five years down the line, and it might not matter as much. I would suggest you focus on something you can do something about and not waste time and energy missing out on the immense learnings you can't afford to miss as these invaluable days pass by. In the meantime, keep your eyes and senses open, and you'll find a way to get them back sooner rather than later.

Thank you for your kind suggestion. You are right to say this. Actually, I did not look into the details. I thought it was for verification purposes and submitted my documents. No one informed me in detail. I was deceived. As you said, it served as a wake-up call for me to be alert when doing something. I appreciate your suggestion.

What proof do you have to substantiate that your employer is harassing you? Mental and emotional harassment require a certain level of treatment. I have requested our legal experts in this community to advise you on this. I look forward to their advice.
