Hi,
The next question is, if any person has not received any documents from the company where he was working, and he also left that organization after working there for a year. Now, he wants to join a new company. Please help me with what the next process he should apply for. Is it true that without an offer letter or an experience letter, another company will not accept him? What other problems will he face in getting his next job? Please clear all my doubts.
Regards, Sweta

Hi, if that particular person is the only one handling all aspects of the company as a manager, but the proprietor had not provided any proof to him. Actually, that company was a newly started firm, and that person handled all HR/Sales/Marketing/Facilities management responsibilities for one year.
Due to good terms and faith in him, they expected him to provide all the documents, but in the end, the relationship was not as sound. He receives his salary through a check and deposits it into his account.
Now, please help me out.

Dear Friend Sweta,
In response to your query, based on my experience, I would like to suggest the following:
1) It is possible in many companies to practice appointing staff without any letter, but this is mostly seen where there is no system in place or the company chooses not to follow it.
2) Individuals who have such experiences may face problems when joining a new company.
3) This is because any company following a system typically appoints staff based on certificates.
4) In this situation, the individual should be confident in their profession (practical work experience acquired). When facing an interview, they should explain the details of their practical knowledge.
5) Based on this knowledge, the interviewer can assess that the individual has practical experience.
6) Politely inform the relevant person of the fact (lack of certificate) and demonstrate alternative qualifications. This increases the likelihood of a job offer.
7) Always be truthful, as dishonesty can harm your future prospects.
8) Maintain a positive outlook. Please refer to the attached PowerPoint presentation on "Attitude is Everything" for success.
Please send me your reply.

Dear Sweta,
As I went through your above discussion, I suggest you don't dwell too much on the past because in that situation, you are wasting your time. It's better to focus on what you can do for your future career.
I recommend that you politely request certificates from your previous employer once more. Even if they are not ready to provide them, do not dwell on it. Instead, mention the experience on your CV with practical details.
I am always ready to help you. If you have any queries in the future, feel free to share them with me, and I will do my best to assist you.

Any employee will have ample proof to submit even if he doesn't have an appointment letter. He can have his payslip, PF number, ESI number, telephone numbers of the company where he has worked, cell numbers of company officers with whom he has worked, bank statement. Moreover, his skills and knowledge about discharging his duties as a person/employee in a particular subject field. In our company, we entertain such candidates by simply giving a written test (full of live case studies/shop floor studies) to prove their worth for the position they have applied for. We believe in the practical aspect of the candidate rather than their certificates, since many experience certificates are manageable.
