We are a manufacturing unit in Rudrapur. We are paying our manpower contractors as per minimum wages (engineering units), which are higher than the normal minimum wages for non-engineering units. Please guide us on whether we need to pay the security service provider based on engineering unit wages or non-engineering unit wages because we are paying for guards and not for technical work.
