Hi friends, I am new here. I want to know the rules/acts governing the earned/privilege leave for probationers. I am looking for either the state government act/rules or central government rules/acts. I am situated in Bangalore. Can anyone help me with this, please?

Hi For probationers is it not necessary to give previlage leave until they complete 1 years of service with the present company!

Generally, probation is for 6 months, and during that period, an employee can only avail of Casual Leave. After the completion of the probation period, he/she can avail of their Earned Leave/Privilege Leave on a pro-rata basis or as per the company policy.
